A: I get it. Things happen. We are happy to reschedule once at no charge given 48 hours advance notice. Future changes may incur a fee to cover our costs.
Q: I want to put a date on hold while I confirm it with my group. Can I do that?
Q: My group would like a fully customized program. Can I request a topic? Will you do an in-person presentation?
